Training your puppy
“Prevention is better than cure”
If you have a puppy or you are thinking of getting a puppy, then Kirsty can provide you with the guidance, help and advice you need to get you off to a positive start. Kirsty can help to give you confidence in what you are doing and prepare you for all the fun a new puppy can bring. This will cover all areas of puppy training and will prevent you from making mistakes within the first few weeks.
Puppy Socialisation and Training Classes are also available at various locations, including Morecambe, Carnforth, Hest Bank and Bolton Le Sands. These classes work well when run alongside the puppy packages, please see the Socialisation and Training class page for more details.
As well as a qualified Dog Behaviourist and Certified Dog and Puppy Trainer, Kirsty is a Karen Pryor Puppy Pre-school Instructor and has helped thousands of owners to develop a better understanding of their puppies needs and enabling them to flourish in to confident and happy dogs. Kirsty has also overseen large puppy blocks when working in rescue centres within the welfare sector, which included nurturing, rehabilitating, training, fostering and vaccinating stray and abandoned puppies.

Puppy visits
This is for people who want to start training their puppy before it is allowed outside (before their injections) and will generally be for puppies between the ages of 8 to 12 weeks. These sessions help you to develop a good routine from an early age and can answer any questions you may have. They cover:
outdoor puppy one to one sessions
These sessions are for all puppies from 12 weeks onwards and that are fully vaccinated and allowed outside.
These sessions are to provide you with the information and guidance to help your puppy feel safe, secure, and happy in an outside and public setting, enabling both puppy and owner to enjoy going for walks by preventing problems and bad habits occurring before they begin.
